There are many way which friends of Holy Cross can give to support the ministries.
General Fund Offering
Each worship service we pass a collection plate to allow members and guests to return to God a portion of what He has given to them. We can make giving easy and automatic using the Simply Giving program which allows you to manage your offerings on a consistent basis on a schedule that works with you. This plan allows you to set an amount that can be automatically deducted from your account and deposited as a gift for Holy Cross. Stop by the Church or Academy office to set up your account. These type of gifts are used to fund the general budget of Holy Cross Lutheran Ministries, which includes salaries, facilities and contributions to local and global missions. Designated Offering
There are always programs/projects outside the regular budget that require gifts as well. Look for these programs in The Weekly or on the web. Our online giving system will allow you to choose which program/project your special gift is to be used for.
Deferred Gift Planning
With the correct kind of deferred gift planning you will be able to maximize the gift you are able to make to Holy Cross. You will be able to structure your gift so that you could make a gift to the church or school and your heirs would not receive any less, only the government gets less. Financial Planning
Sometimes we are not able to give as we would like because budgeting problems or excessive debt. In order to help you balance your life and your finances Holy Cross offers Crown Ministry and Financial Peace University classes throughout the year to help guide you through planning to succeed in this part of your life.
