THE HUNT

We noticed that the City of Lake Mary took the annual Easter egg hunt off of their calendar this year.  We're about meeting the needs of the community, so we decided to help fill the gap.

On April 7th Holy Cross will be hosting the biggest Easter egg hunt this side of the Wekiva River!  

The Hunt is designed for children 5th grade and under.  We'll section off our secure 10-acre property and divide the kids by age.  Then we'll set them loose, grouped by age, to search for eggs.  For the older 5th grade kids, we'll set up a giant hay stack to make things a little more interesting.

Once the kids have found their eggs they'll head into our Fellowship Hall where the eggs can be redeemed for prizes (Don't worry, the kids will still get some candy, but we wanted to help the parents cut down on cavities and sugar highs).

We'll also have kiosks and information stations set up so parents can get their kids registered for our Vacation Bible School program coming in June.  We'll be hosting two one-week day camps where kids can play games, make crafts and learn that "Anything is Possible with God".
