• Active team involvement is equal to 75% of registered membership
• 30% of total team involvement is from non members
• Enhance support systems for teams and captains including training and online
• Staff support for Teams

Education

• Blue Ribbon School Status for Academy
• Investigate feasibility of High School and/or Youth events center
• Training programs for ministry leaders, staff, volunteers and Team captains
